It is my belief that holistic health and meditation can be some of the answers to helping people to overcome stress in their lives. It is my passion to share tools and techniques with people, but especially children and give them back control over their mental wellbeing in an autonomous way.
Powerful feelings such as stress and anxiety can have a deep effect on children. Sharing holistic health techniques within school can take away any stigma attached and stop children from feeling 'different'.
